team request summer procedure

Teams are created by the Division VPs and mostly based on School

We do allow coaches to form a team from REGISTERED PLAYERS in the Pre-K through 7th Grade Divisions

May 26th - OPTION TO SUBMIT A ROSTER WILL OPEN UP

June 15th - DEADLINE TO SUBMIT TEAM REQUEST FORM


Pre-K and Kindergarten:  Head coach is allowed to form a team with up to 10 players

1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th-5th Grade:  Head coach is allowed to form a team with up to 12 players

6th-7th Grade:  Head coach is allowed to form a team with up to 13 players

There will be no exceptions to the max number of players listed above as uniforms are pre-ordered in advance


Head coach must secure assistant coaches

Each player needs to REGISTER and pay individually BEFORE the head coach submits the roster

Any rosters not properly submitted or submitted before all players are registered will be assessed a $50 administrative fee

Submitted rosters with less than the maximum number of players will be back filled with players to form a full team


We strongly suggest you get all your players registered and submit the form well in advance of June 15th because if the Grade Division fills up and you have players that have not registered, they will not be able to be assigned to your team because the Grade Division will be full and slots on your team will be needed for kids that have registered before we were full


UNIFORMS:  Fully formed/brought teams may use their own jersey and hat, otherwise WCB provides a jersey and hat for the entire team

TEAM NAME:  If you use your own uniforms, you need to provide WCB with your Team Name in the Team Request Form.  If WCB provides you uniforms, an MLB Team Name will be randomly assigned to you.
