SUMMER GRADE DIVISIONS

Register in the School Grade that just COMPLETED 2024-25

WCB may combine Grade Divisions based on registration numbers to have enough teams to play each other

2nd Graders: Choose between Coach Pitch or move up and play Kid Pitch with 3rd Grade

WCB recognizes individual circumstances in which a child's age, school grade, or ability may not align as shown in the chart below so please contact the Registrar to assist you in registering your child in a division best suited for your child as we do make exceptions

Registration fee includes hat and jersey

Parents need to purchase baseball pants, socks, belt, cleats, glove

Recommended to purchase helmet or one is available for checkout on date to be provided

Players can use their own bat or borrow from teammates

Practice schedules created by volunteer coaches and could occur during the week or on the weekend

Most practice space is available on the weekend once games start

Uniforms are purchased months in advance of the season so NO EXCEPTIONS on MAX PLAYERS per team

Parents and coaches must acknowledge and accept the WCB Code of Conduct at time of player registration

All coaches must pass a background check and be in good standing as a coach with Walnut Creek Baseball
